Is there any hairdressers on here that know the colour chart? ?

I have light blonde hair. It is bleached but I had a few brown low lights put in on the top at the hairdressers and since the lowlights have faded, my hair seems too dull. It is like an ashy colour.





I want to put a few highlights on the top to lighten it a bit and chocolate brown lowlights underneath. However, everytime I go to the hairdressers they never do my hair how I want it so I'm going to go back to doing it myself.

I really like the colour on the 2nd photo but it doesnt always look that colour in person or on every other photo. It is more duller and ashy so just want to lighten it a bit more on top.





What colour could I use instead of bleach to get a very light blonde? Also, what colour would I have to use for the chocolate brown lowlights. If I was to use Wella Koleston, what colours would I mix together? I know I have to mix brown with red but unsure what number dye to use. Or does anyone recommend another brand of hair dye?
