Question for scene girls and hairdressers...?

i really want scene hair. and i have the right cut. i just don't get how you guys make it poofy. i've tried a lot of crap, but none of it worked. my hair is also very fine, so it doesn't hold up very well. i'd like something cheap, if possible, b/c moneys tight around here.

this is a really random question, but when you guys are just hanging out at home, when you don't go out, do you do your hair and make up? or just wait til you go out?.......this is just out of curiosity.

thanks %26lt;333Question for scene girls and hairdressers...?
i've always teased my hair, and it dosen't hurt it. my hair is also thin. i use swave freeze spray (it's really cheap) and straighten my hair straight up (like hold my hair twords the cealing and straighten upward, after i spray it) then i just barely tease it. it dosent look ';fake'; at all that way.

and when i'm at home i fix my hair or at least starighten it. but i usually do my makeup before i go out. feel free to email me for more hair advice lol ';)Question for scene girls and hairdressers...?
ok my hair is really fine too

what you do is ratt your hair a ton (ratting is where you take a fine tooth comb and brush it the opposite way) before that spray your hair with hair spray (i use tresemme extra hold about $3) then grab some of the hair you want to make poofy ratt it then spray it again to make it stay and then just keep doing that to your whole head

here is a video to help

and yea i do that when im bored like late at night i do my hair and make up just to practice and stuff
Don't tease your hair, and that makes you fake if you call it ';scene';. Used a volumizing shampoo. it makes your hair big without ratting it and ruining it. get a cute ';scenekid'; side bang. then you dont look like to much of a poser and your hair stays healthy.
