Unhappy with the result from the hairdressers, what can i do?

i went to the hairdressers to go a dirty blonde colour from a brown colour, had full head of highlights and looked like i have ginger bits with a darker colour around it. i went back and had another full head of highlights done for free. and when i came home had bleached blonde hair which still had a gingery tint to it and hated it, had to dye it back brown as i am pale and looked like a ghost. what can i do with the hairdressers, can i ask for a refund, i spent 70 pounds to inevitably go back to colour i was? thanksUnhappy with the result from the hairdressers, what can i do?

they should have stuck with you and fixed their mistake. I doubt theyll give you a refund, but they should have coreccted the problem with the first complaint, free of charge, instead of messing ti up further. I think the best thing would be suck it up and find another salon, this one obviously doesnt know how to do colors. sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear.
go back and tell them your are still not saisfied and you would like a refund
You should have said something before you left. You're out of luck now. Next time bring a photo of what you want so there is no question.
you could try but basically they tried to fix it for free and didn't succeed and as a result changed it back, who dyed it back brown?them or you,if it was you then you don't have a leg to strand on but if it was them then you could try......
