i know home dyes are weak and the stuff hairdressers use is loads stronger than anything in home dye so i was wondering whether it will leift the black ouy my hair ok?Im going to the hairdressers and need some advice?
honestly it just really depends on how long the black was in your hair, and what color they use to dye it when you go to the salon. but really as long as they use a high volume developer it will show up fine. also, if your roots have grown out, they will take more color than the black will. (even if your natural hair color is black, the fact that is in unprocessed is what weighs in on absorbing more color). that could make it uneven!

You can go to a beauty supply store and buy the hair dye tube or bottle, and then buy the developer, and do it at home. it is the exact same stuff they use at salons, and i would suggest trying that before going and spending $85 at a salon! You will get the same effect, but it will cost you about 15-20bucks if you do it urself! Its not hard, you can just oask ne of the workers there what to do if your a little confused.

basically you buy the dye for about 5 bucks each, and you buy a bottle of developer, runs about 4bucks. you mix it in a plastic or glass bowl and apply with a brush (like they use at the salon), or you can buy a plastic bottle if youre more comfortable using that. you can get all of the supplies, including gloves for under $20, less if you only need one bottle. the people there will help you find what developer to use and so on, but i suggest a 40 volume, its a high lift developer. Wella and L'Oreal have good dyes, I think wella has a ';spice'; line where they have pretty different browns like praline, cinnamon, almond, and some other pretty colors!

I dye my hair often, and different colors ranging from browns to reds to blondes and even hot pink! I always buy my dye from a beauty supply store (Sally's) and do it at home, there's no sense in spending $150 for something me and with the help of a friend can do for about 20 bucks!

good luck!Im going to the hairdressers and need some advice?
Dependss if your hair was light when you first went to black home colouring, seeing as i dont know exactly the blackness of your hairr then i cant tell, but im suree it will
hhm..well if it doesnt cover up the black in your hair you can pay to have the coloring thats already in your hair taken out so you can start all over...
i had dyed black hair once and i tried at home to lift the colour out i went green go tothe hairdressers and get advice,it is the only way
When you are going to expert then trust him/her.. they are pro in what they do. I hope they will guide you the most acurate than any one else.
