Dying hair? hairdressers, least costly? most healthy?

i want to get my hair cut/colored like this

http://www.phijhe.com/royston-blythe-hai鈥?/a>

my hair is naturally blondey/brown like her roots, so id like my hair back to its natural color, with blonde tips like hers also..

but my hair is black like this http://c4.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/image鈥?/a>

atm, and im sick of dying it black, and i want somthing that will make me look older, as my 16 and sick of looking so young....so if i go to the hairdressers, what would be the least costly, way of doing it? what would i be best off doing?

should i just get my natural hair color as tips put through for now....or what if they stripped it of color, and i only got my natural hair color as tips, like on a tipping cap, in every hole, would i get the same effect?(because the stripping would give me a blond color?)

so, the question is, whats the cheapest, healthiest way for my hair?Dying hair? hairdressers, least costly? most healthy?
green tea is delicious. there is really no ';healthy'; way to do this to your hair. uhh what i would do if i was a girl in your situation is get the black stripped out so you got the blonde color then wait a few weeks and bleach up to the shade of blonde your going for. my chick room mate is really good with all this stuff and i did my best to answer. HOPE THIS HELPED!

Mine?
