What do i ask for in the hairdressers to get a look like George Clooney......?

Okay so i love Clooney's hair style, i don't want to bring in a picture i'd just like to ask.





So i was thinking... Clipped to a grade 3 on the sides and scissor cut a bit longer on top? am i wrong? or scissor cut on the sides as well?
