I'm Really Embarrassed Though And My Mum Said I Have To Wait Till The Shave On My Head Goes But I'll Spend My Money And Have To Save Up Again :(I Want To Get My Hair Permed At A Hairdressers ?
You should wait to get the perm. For now, you can just do a ';comb-over'; and maybe use a gel or something to hide the shaved area. You could also just comb the hair back and away from your face and wear a soft wide head band.
