Wait at least 2 days to wet or shampoo your hair. Water, not the shampoo is what interferes with the bonds. Many people think it's ok to wet your hair as long as you don't wash it, but this isn't true. Getting wet before 48 hours may relax your curl and/or make it frizzy. As far as coloring, you can use semi-permanent as soon as 2 days after your perm. If you need permanent, and your hair is in good enough condition for both chemical services, it's best to wait at least a week. you can wet your hair so that you can restyle it, you just have to wait for shampooing for 48 hrs. two weeks is the usual for waiting to color it, I would make sure to go to a professional though so you don't ruin your hair. especially cuz you already have chemicals in it
wait 1 day before washing it, and wait 2 months to dye your hair, perming and colour could cause alot of damage to wait few months before colouring it
