Why can't ANY hairdressers I go to get my hair right? Any tips how to find a good stylist?

Here's the thing: I never, NEVER get my hair the way I want it. I give them a picture, show them the picture I like in the styling books they have in their salons, EVERYTHING. Only ONE TIME have I ever been fully satisfied with my haircut (well, at least as close to it. I've never been fully satisfied now that I think about it.)

I know that everyone's hair is different, but could anyone PLEASE give me some tips on how to find someone that will actually do my hair how I'd like it? :\

I bring a picture, I even DESCRIBE IN DETAIL how I want it, how symmetrical I want it to be, everything has been tried by me.

This time, I'm bringing in 4 pictures (I've gone mad... xD). One from the front, two from an angle, and one side picture. Unfortunately, I scoured the internet (for hours on end, no exaggeration!) for a photo from the back but no luck. :(

Anyway, any tips? They're always to clean or try to rip my hair to pieces.. xD Thanks, it's much appreciated. :)Why can't ANY hairdressers I go to get my hair right? Any tips how to find a good stylist?
Depending on what type of hair you have, the issue could be with your hair or the stylist. Sometimes, even though it doesn't seem that difficult, hair isn't meant to go a certain way or turns out differently (as I have learned with my mega curls that refuse to cooperate.) Make sure the pictures you're choosing are realistic for your hair thickness, density, and length.

I have learned (the hard way) that if you go to a low-rate stylist, you will get a low-rate haircut, despite your pictures and explanations. The best way to get the cut you want is too see a reliable, well-known stylist that knows what they're doing. It will be a bit pricier than Fantastic Sam's, but in the end it'll be worth it for all of your hair troubles. Why can't ANY hairdressers I go to get my hair right? Before you let them touch your hair, set out some ground rules.

My suggestion is Tell the hairdresser that you will not pay if you don't get exactly what you want.

And you will not pay until you see the result first

If they can't handle these rules, then they can't be trusted to do what you ask for. Walk Away and find another hair dresser using the same rules. until you find one that agrees to your rules.
I would try going to a stylist that maybe a good friend trusts. Or try to find a stylist with the hairstyle you want, so she knows how to do it, since... well.. its hers.
