Went to hairdressers had roots retouched and now hair is breaking inch from root! what can i do?

He bleached roots to match rest of hair (dark blonde) the roots went bright orange he said it was honey and it matched. i left and a few days later returned and confronted them and said its fecking orange i wanted it to blend with rest of hair he agreed to sort it out so he re bleached it to lighten it a little and put a developer on it, dried it and sent me on my way, this time with yellow roots! I was pretty upset but too shy to make a scene so just hurried home to adorn a hairband!! this weas also just a week before my wedding!!


Anyway days later i noticed that my hair was breaking about an inch from the root :( so i had spikey hair popping up all over my head!!


I thought i cannot live with this colour as its yellow, obviously the hairdresser has messed my hair good and proper so i wont be returning to him so i bought some nice and easy no peroxide or amonenia 6 week wash out hair colour and whacked that on which toned down the colour to a dark blonde (like i originally wanted) i gelled my spikey bits down and didn;t take my veil off my whole wedding day!


Now after my wedding my hair is a mess, i am angry at the hairdresser, my hair has short sections all over and i have to perminantly cover it with a very wide alice band.





I am angry and don't want him to get away with ruining my lovely hair!

Nothing really, try protein treatments as these may help strengthen the damaged hair but unfortunately the hair dresser fkd up and you need to go back and demand a refund, if he doesn't oblige you can make a formal complaint with fair trading i think. If it is really noticeably after the hair has grown enough you may be able to get extentions but this can damage the hair as well.

If your hair is breaking off, That means it's overprocessed. Not much you can do. Get a deep conditioner, and LAY OFF the Chemicals, and heat. It'll stop breaking off.
