Question for hairdressers or experts?

okay so my hair is naturally brown, a light/medium brown and at the moments its blonde, practically white and i really want to colour my hair like this:

i was just wondering though, would i have to color it in steps, or would i be able to achieve this color in one session? My hairdresser is a family friend who does my hair for cheap and she does an amazing job every time so i know that the final result will turn out good. But i was just wondering how long it would take to obtain this hair color.

Hi just remember this:


if you are going lighter: once or twice to dye it


if you are going darker: once


hair takes quicker and easier to a darker colour so it should just take one session and not very long to get the results you want,
