How do i tell a hairdresser what i want?

i want my hair in layers but i dont know how to tell her because i see a lot of people who have layers but it looks wired....i wan tmy hair to turn out like this...

If you have a picture of what you want then take it with you and show her. A hair dresser can not make you look exactly like a picture but she can give a cut similar to the picture but fitting the shape of your face.

If You Want It Like That You Will Have to style it every morning and just ask for layers and it wont look werid or anything.
