Any hairdressers out there? Allergy! Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? ?

Hello, I am a 28 year old girl. I have black/brown long hair. Going grey a bit earlier than usual I guess. Anyway, have recently developed a reaction to permanent hair dye - auggghhh! My scalp felt burnt after my last trip to the hairdressers.





I can't colour my scalp any more to get rid of the white hairs. As I am dark, would I now be better off growing all the dye build up out and then having lots of lighter brown foils out in to just blend in the grey? Has anyone else had to do this and how does it look?

im a hairdresser. i would suggest going to a salon, you dont need to have peroxide bleach applied directly to your scalp for grey hair, theres a dye treatment called total grey coverage, which just colours over the grey strands. ask in a salon for this. it doesnt cost that much and you wont get an allergy because the dye doesnt go on your scalp. good luck xAny hairdressers out there? talk to them bout it...they will give provide u best of all...


i never had this situation buh saying tht ur stylist will know better if u explain to them better.


explain them ur problem im sure they will help u get rid of this problem..
