Any hairdressers (or someone good with hair) here?

Hello!

I went to my hairdressers today, and I was going to ask her a question, but I totally forgot to ask her.

this is how I shampoo and condition my hair:

shampoo

shampoo again with a different shampoo

then I mix 2 different conditioners together and put that in my hair.

is this good for my hair?!?

I was just considering shampooing once, then using once conditioner.

I don't know, what's best for my hair?

my hair is just below shoulder legnth, thin, coloured and it gets greasy and oily VERY easily.

I really want to know if I'm treating my hair well.

thanks! :)Any hairdressers (or someone good with hair) here?
All you need to do is shampoo once (unless your hair is really dirty, or oily, then do it twice), %26amp; condition once. You may be getting oily hair due to too much conditioning. If your hair still gets oily very easily after shampooing once %26amp; conditioning once with 1 kind of shampoo %26amp; 1 kind of conditioner for a few days, then you may need to buy shampoo %26amp; conditioner for oily hair.Any hairdressers (or someone good with hair) here?
You should be limiting your shampoo-ing as much as possible, because your stripping your hair of it's natural oils, and drying it out. Only shampoo your hair about 4 times a week. Unless you get really oily hair. You should be conditioning it alot though, because that'll make it softer and shinier. But don't mix any shampoos or conditioners together. Stick to one.
dont mix 2 diff shampoos or conditioners.,

i recommend you sticking to one

each conditioners use different things in them also that is why there is a shampoo and a conditioner that go together. i means its not good for your hair when you do that but its not bad. i just think it would be better for you to use two that go together.

happy holidays!
if you mix products they should be from the same brand. for example if you need a volumizing shampoo or conditioner for colored hair you could mix volumizing and color treated if they are both from the same brand so they don't react badly with each other. and you don't really need to wash your hair twice
Use one type of shampoo on your head and only shampoo once.

Stick to one type of conditioner. Alternating different conditioners on different days is another story. Don't condition your scalp.
it depends what kind of shampoo you

mix and conditioner.

it may e really good or bad.

look it up on google.
use crotins and minikeas :)
